How Do I - Make a complaint

At Greenswood we are keen to encourage involvement by our patients; you may have a suggestion on how our services to patients could be improved; to that aim we have a Suggestion Box in our Waiting-Room. We would also like to hear from you if you experience any difficulties with the service we offer.

Any comments or complaints should be addressed to our Practice Manager.
