If you require transport to the Hospital in order to attend for an out patient appointment or a planned admission, then the Reception staff will advise you on on how to book.

If you wish to travel using the Hospital Car Service you should telephone 01803 656777 for local transport and 01803 656780 for District Transport

If, for medical reasons, you need to travel to your appointment/admission in an ambulance, please contact the Surgery either by telephone or in person in order to make the necessary arrangements. Remember that the surgery staff will need as much information as possible about your appointment/admission in order to make the booking.

As always, if you require an ambulance in an emergency you should dial 999.
